Pricing Guide

Please note that all base pricing is due to the number of hours a given project would be estimated to take at a wage of $15/hour. I realize some of these prices are high, but that is because these would take several hours to complete (in the case of fully colored digital art for a sufficiently detailed and previously inked piece, it can take anywhere from 20 to 40 hours in total, and that’s a lot of free time for a mother of twins–especially twin dragons–to find.)

Cartoon/Comic Book Style Black and White Illustrations:

• Waist-up pencil art or digital sketch, $15 to $30 depending on detail (multiply base illustration price by 1.5x for each additional character in the drawing)
• Full body pencil art or digital sketch, $30 to $60 depending on detail (multiply base illustration price by 1.5x for each additional character in the drawing)
• Comic book style full page pencil art or digital sketch, $100 to $200 depending on detail/number of panels
• 2x the listed price ranges above for physically or digitally inked line art.

Realistic Pencil Portraits:

• Photo-accurate portrait, $50 to $150 depending on amount of detail/paper size (options include 8.5”x11” card stock, 9”x12” bristol board, 11”x14” bristol board, or 14”x17” bristol board)
• Realistic character portrait, $75 to $200 depending on amount of detail/paper size (options include 8.5”x11” card stock, 9”x12” bristol board, 11”x14” bristol board, or 14”x17” bristol board)
• Please note: Character portrait prices can potentially be reduced to photo-accurate prices if all of the necessary reference images to draw a character are provided (the extra cost is essentially paying me for the time spent seeking out reference images/figuring out how to combine them in order to illustrate things at a realistic level, so if you do that step for me I’m willing to provide a discount).

Add-Ons and Other Considerations:

Digital Coloring is an add-on feature to any of the above options, and multiplies costs by 1.25x the agreed upon illustration price to add flat colors, or 2x the agreed upon illustration price to add full color with shading and highlights.

SFW illustrations are very much preferred. If multiple characters are involved, kissing is okay, but I have small children who might peek and I really don’t want to have to explain anything more involved than that. (I might be willing to take NSFW commissions depending on the request–tasteful nudity, for example, is technically NSFW but I also enjoy drawing tasteful nudes, and I might not raise prices if something is relatively simple and fun. That said, more involved NSFW requests would multiply the cost by 1.25x to 1.5x after any other math/multipliers, because I absolutely have to use child-free time for this and my child-free time is limited.)

Shipping can be arranged for physical art pieces, though that cost would be calculated separately based on the needs of the piece; prints can be arranged for physical or digital art pieces, though that would be processed separately through a website such as DeviantArt.
